Adiagnosisisrequiredtopreventthealarmfrombecomingaworseproblemthat
affectsnormalserviceoperation.
Steps
1.OnthenavigationbarintheWebpageoftheBMC,selectAlarm>CurrentAlarm.
TheCurrentAlarmpageisdisplayed,seeFigure2-1.

2.(Optional)UnderQueryFilter,selecttheltercriteria,andthenclickQuerytoquery
thecurrentalarmsmeetingthecriteria.
Ifnoltercriteriaareset,allcurrentalarmsaredisplayed.
3.(Optional)Selectoneormultiplecurrentalarms,andthenacknowledge,
unacknowledge,ordeletethem.
lAcknowledginganalarmconvertsthealarmfromtheUnacknowledgestatusto
theAcknowledgestatus.Itisrecommendedthatyouacknowledgeanalarm
beforeyouhandleit.
lIfyoucannotclearthealarm,youcanreturnthisalarmtotheunacknowledged
status.
