Replace Control Unit
Zündapp Green 7.7 / Z502 / Z503 / Z504 / Z802 / Z80S
These brief instructions should help you to replace the control unit on your bike. To
do this, please proceed as follows:
Turn off your system and remove the battery from the
battery holder.
Pull the protective cable sleeve down and unplug all
connectors.
Remove the two screws on the luggage rack mounting
struts.
Remove the two screws that attach the rack to the rear
dropouts and lift the entire rack off the bike.
