mode <slot-port> atm|efm
Sets the transmission convergence mode for
SHDSL port(s).
efm: use Ethernet frames inside SHDSL framing.
atm: use ATM cells inside SHDSL framing.

normal_epl|forced_ep

Sets power backoff for SHDSL port(s).
normal_epl: Power backoff with EPL (Estimated
Power Loss).
forced_epl: Forced power backoff with EPL.
forced_no_epl
: Forced power backoff without
EPL.
value
: 0~31 in dB.

pmms <slot-port> <mode>
Sets the negotiated noise margin mode of the
SHDSL port(s).
mode
: The negotiated noise margin mode, options
are
normal or forced

phyiop <slot-port> <value>
Adjusts a bit in the physical layer to avoid
interoperability issues. You may try to use this
command with value being set to 1 or 8 if you
encounter interoperability issues with some
specific CPEs.
value: 0 - normal, 1 - IOP_BIT_0, 8 - IOP_BIT_3,
default is 0

<profile_name>
Sets SHDSL port(s) to use a profile created by the
profile shdsl set
command.

show <slot>|<slot-
port>
[dsl|pvc|vlan
]
Displays port settings.
slot: Specifies the slot of a line card (not MSC’s
slot).
dsl: Displays a port’s DSL settings.
pvc: Displays a port’s PVC settings.
vlan: Displays a port’s VLAN settings.

sip account <slot-port> <account>
Specifies the SIP user name a port on a VoIP line
card uses.

hotline <slot-port> off|[on
<hotline-no>
<timeout>]
Turns on or off the hotline of a port on a VoIP line card.
Sets the hotline number and its timeout value if it is turned
on.
hotline-no : <=31 alphanumeric characters, '+' is
allowed or use two quotation marks () to clear the field.
Note: '+' is only allowed at the first character.
timeout: hotline timeout, 0~255 seconds, 0 means dial
immediately.
opmode <slot-port>
<DEFVAL|v5sip>
Use this command to specify the operation mode
of a VoIP port.
DEFVAL: configure the port to use SIP to connect to
a server.
v5sip: configure the port to use V5.2 to connect to
a traditional class 5 POTS switch.
