The following example sets port 5 on the VDSL card in slot 4 to use the DEFVAL line profile and the
17a band plan profile.
29.41.20 port vdsl sos Command
Syntax:

Use this command to configure SOS emergency rate reduction on the specified VDSL port(s).
The following example sets port 5 on the VDSL card in slot 4 to use SOS and sets the SOS time
window to 128 ms.
29.41.21 port vdsl tls Commands
Syntax:
port vdsl tls disable <slot-port>
port vdsl tls enable <slot-port>

xtuc =
Set parameters for downstream transmissions.
xtur =
Set parameters for upstream transmissions.
<sosminrate> =
The minimum bearer rate that must be gauranteed after an SOS
request, 0~100032 kbps.
<sostime> =
Duration of the SOS time window, 64 ~ 16320 ms.
<soscrc> =
The minimum number of normalized CRC anomalies, 0 ~ 65535 in
units of 0.02 that must occur during the time window to trigger SOS.
<sosntone> =
The minimum percentage of degraded tones that must also occur
throughout the time window to trigger SOS, 0 ~ 100.
<sosmax> =
The maximum allowed number of successful SOS procedures within
120 seconds before triggering a full re-initialization, 0 ~ 15.
sosenable =
Turn SOS support on or off.
<rocsnrm> =
The extra signal-to-noise ratio margin to add for the ROC (Robust
Overhead Channel), 0 ~ 310 in 0.1 dB units.
<rocmininp> =
The required INP_no_erasure value (impulse noise protection) for the
ROC, 0 ~ 16 in .5 DMT symbol units.
rocenable =
This turns the use of the ROC on or off.
dynamicd =
This turns dynamic interleave depth adjustment on or off.
