Instalación de las características del servidor
Dos controladores (SE y LBRSL) están asociados a las características de los
servidores de tecnología Dynamic
Access
de NetWare.
1 En la pantalla de Configuration Options, seleccione las
Product options
.
2 Seleccione
Install a product not listed
.
Aparece el siguiente mensaje:
3Presione F3.
4Escriba este comando:
ECD210P980X:\nwserver
Aparece el siguiente mensaje:
5Presione Intro.
El sistema copia el software de características de servidor para tecnología
Dynamic
Access
en el volumen SYS.
Verifique la instalación y la configuración.
Para verificar que el controlador se ha cargado adecuadamente en el
servidor NetWare, realice el siguiente procedimiento:
1 En el indicador del sistema, escriba:
load monitor
Aparece la pantalla NetWare Monitor
2 En el menú
Available Options
, seleccione
LAN/WAN Drivers
.
Aparece el menú
Available LAN Driver
. Si se ha cargado el controlador de
forma adecuada, en el menú aparecerán los tipos de controladores y
marcos asociados a este controlador.
3 Seleccione un controlador para ver las estadísticas asociadas.
Un controlador en funcionamiento muestra paquetes que se envían y
reciben.
Product will be installed from A:\. If you are
installing from floppy diskettes, insert the
first diskette of the product you want to install
into the drive and verify that the path above is
correct.
Press <F3> to specify a different path;
Press <ENTER> to continue.
Product “3Com DynamicAccess Server Features” was
found. Verify that this is the product you want
to install before proceeding.
Press <ENTER> to continue.
Press <ESC> to abort installation.
