The position displayed in the related field helps. If the value does not change or its change is lower than the adjusted value, the end pin has been
reached.
6. Navigate the unit 110 ±10µm away from the end pin controlling the value in Pos field. The resulted value is the -Z hardware limit. Click the Save
value button. With this setting, the full negative travel length can be used the coach just not colliding the end pin. At last, define the +Z end
position when the Arm is positioned safely, with no possibility to collide.
