What to do if my 3M Temperature Controller shows fault code FC-002, FC-003, FC-004, FC-005, FC-006, or FC-007?
    • M
      Michael YoungAug 1, 2025
If your 3M Temperature Controller displays fault codes FC-002, FC-003, FC-004, FC-005, FC-006, or FC-007, this may be due to a hose end sensor failure, a faulty elbow sensor, moisture, intermittent sensor failure, or high heat. To resolve this, disconnect the unit from the power source and allow it to cool down. Wait 30-60 seconds before reconnecting it to the main power source. Then, reconnect to the power source. If no fault occurs, the unit is ready for use.

How to fix Fault Code FC-001 on a 3M Temperature Controller?

If your 3M Temperature Controller is showing a Fault Code FC-001, it could be because the hose end at the blanket end is occluded. Here's how to address it: * First, disconnect the unit from the power source. * Next, remove any occlusion from the hose. * Ensure the hose end is correctly positioned into the hose card, referring to the operator’s manual if needed. * Wait 30-60 seconds, then reconnect the unit to the main power source. * Finally, reconnect to the power source. If the fault doesn't reappear, the unit should now be ready for use.
