Operating Instructions

Opening the Applicator

Open the applicator cover by depressing latch 'A' and lifting.

Tape Spacer Management

Manage tape roll spacer 'B' based on tape width (12mm or 19mm).

Liner Retainer Removal

Remove the liner retainer 'D' by holding hub 'C' and rotating counterclockwise.

Loading the Tape Roll

Load tape roll onto hub and secure with hook 'E'.

Threading and Closing

Thread tape leader to point 'F', replace retainer, and close cover.

Starting Application

Begin application by placing roller 'G' on surface, pressing trigger, and pulling.

Ending Application

End application by holding roller on surface, releasing trigger, and pulling to break adhesive.

Removing Liner and Core

Remove liner and tape core by releasing retainer 'D' and hook 'E'.

Maintenance: Lubrication and Cleaning

Lubrication Procedure

Periodically lubricate all shafts with white petroleum jelly.

Cleaning Procedure

Clean applicator by disassembling and using 50/50 isopropyl alcohol/water solution.
