Get the app on your iPhone from the Apple App Store.

Get the app on your Android device from Google Play.

Create an account with your email and personal information.

Choose "3PLUS-HR" from the list of available devices.

Select your pairing device and confirm the number matches.

Press the button on the band to confirm pairing with the mobile device.

Check for the connected icon on the band. Pairing is complete.
