If your 4iiii Heart Rate Monitor shows an incorrect heart rate, try the following: Ensure the monitor is right-side up, the strap is snug, and the strap contacts are wet for good skin connection. Replacing the battery with a fresh one may also help. Washing the strap to remove sweat and dirt buildup, which can affect conductivity, is also recommended.
