  If your 909 Lawn Mower engine won't start, first check if the fuel tank is empty and refuel if needed. Also, check the oil level using the dipstick and add oil if it's low. Inspect the spark plug for dirt or wear, cleaning or replacing it as necessary. Ensure the cutting height is set high enough, so the blade doesn't hit the grass when starting. Drain any old fuel from the fuel tank and the carburetor bowl. Finally, make sure the On/Off switch is set to 'I'.
