Why is my A2Z Ozone Systems Aqua-6 not producing ozone?

  If your A2Z Ozone Systems Portable Generator is not producing ozone, it could be due to a faulty ozone board. After extensive use, the ozone board can fail, where the air pump still operates but without ozone production, sometimes accompanied by a burning smell. A solution is to purchase the Aqua-6 repair kit. Alternatively, a bad air pump might be the issue; you'll hear the high voltage pitch, but no air flows through the unit, in which case you should order a new air pump with the correct voltage. Lastly, the high-low transformer could be defective, preventing both air pressure and ozone production, leaving only the control panel functional. Contact us for a replacement part.
