If you are not getting proper results with your A&D Measuring Instruments, try the following: * Use the self-check function. * Check repeatability by weighing the same mass several times. A taller mass may touch the glass housing, so use a shorter mass if possible. If using a tall 50g mass, open the heater cover to avoid external influence. * Ensure that the sample condition, measurement procedure, and pre-heating process are correct. * Avoid breezes from air conditioners and vibrations.
