What to do if my A&D UN-014 Respiratory Product has no nebulization?

  If your A&D Respiratory Product isn't nebulizing or the nebulization rate is low, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the medication tank has the correct amount of medication. Check that the vaporizer head and nebulizer kit are correctly assembled. Also, ensure the nozzle and air tube are free of blockages and that the air tube isn't kinked. Verify the air tube is correctly connected to both the compressor and nebulizer kit. The nebulizer kit should not be tilted more than 45 degrees. Finally, if the air filter is dirty, replace it.

  If your A&D Respiratory Product is getting very hot, it could be due to a couple of reasons. Make sure that the compressor is not covered during use. Also, limit continuous use to 20 minutes, with a 40-minute rest interval before using it again.
