Gas Cylinder Placement

The Carbonation Process

Fill the bottle

Rinse the bottle with lukewarm water before first time use. Fill with cold, clean water up to the marked filling line.

Attach the bottle

Place the bottle in the socket and begin to screw in with a counterclockwise motion.

Carbonate the water

Pull and gently hold the lever down until you hear a persistent buzzing noise from the valve.

Release the bottle

Release the lever back to its resting position. The remaining pressure in the bottle will automatically release with a puff sound.

Stainless Steel Finish Maintenance

To clean your Stainless Steel Carbonator, use a microfibre cloth and clean water, with mild soap if needed.

Lacquered Finish Maintenance

For Carbonators with a gloss finish, use a microfibre cloth and clean water, with mild soap if needed.

Never carbonate anything other than plain water. Avoid adding fruit, ice, or sugar before carbonation.

Dishwasher Warning

Never clean the PET Bottle in the dishwasher as high temperatures can compromise its structural integrity.

Heat Exposure

Keep your Carbonator and bottle out of direct sun, heat sources, or extreme temperatures.

Transport and Expiration Safety

Transporting the Carbonator

Always unscrew the gas cylinder before transporting the Carbonator.

PET Bottle Expiration

Do not use the PET Bottle after its expiration date as the plastic may have weakened.

Never attempt to carbonate an empty bottle, as this can lead to dangerous high pressure.

Cylinder Gasket Troubleshooting and Replacement

Checking the Gasket

Unscrew the cylinder and turn the Carbonator upside down. Look down into the cylinder compartment and check for the gasket.

Replacing the Gasket

Each Carbonator has an extra gasket stored under the base. Follow the steps to remove and replace it.
