3. Operating instructions
WARNING!
Read the sections entitled “Important Safety Information” and “Safety
guidelines and warnings” in their entirety before operating the CB-2000.
WARNING!
The CB-2000 shall only be used by qualified and properly trained personnel,
with the level of competence required for work in connection with high
voltage capacitor banks and/or harmonic filters.
WARNING!
All work on capacitor banks and/or harmonic filters shall only be
conducted when the banks/filters are disconnected, discharged,
grounded and short-circuited.
WARNING!
Carry out a visual inspection to make sure that no tools are left and remove
the groundings (earthings) before energization of the capacitor bank or
harmonic filter.
