Diagnosis Cause/Remedy
Light is
permanently set to
maximum
brightness:
– Reduce basic brightness
– Remove illumination from
pushbutton extension
– Perform a reset
Light cannot be
switched on, status
display “off”:
– Reconnect/replace line-side
fuse
– Check supply
lines/connections and
reconnect correctly if
necessary
– Replace defective
dimmer/power module
Light cannot be
switched on, status
display “green”:
– Replace defective lamp
– Check transformers and
replace if necessary
