Valve to Mineral Tank

Plan Your Water Softener Location

Select an optimal location considering power, drain, and water line access.

Begin Assembly: Fleck Valve to Mineral Tank

Attach the Fleck valve to the mineral tank using silicone lube and hand-tightening.

Meter & Valve Assembly

Connect Bypass to Fleck Meter

Connect the bypass valve to the Fleck meter using metal clips and screws.

Connect Yoke to Bypass

Connect the yoke to the bypass valve, ensuring proper alignment and screw tightness.

Attach Tank Lines

Attach Drain Line to Fleck Meter

Connect the drain line to the Fleck meter using Teflon tape and a hose clamp.

Connect Brine Line to Fleck Meter

Prepare and connect the brine line to the Fleck meter, being careful not to overtighten.

Connect Brine Well to Tank Side Wall

Secure the brine well to the side wall of the brine tank using provided fittings.

Connect Brine Line to Safety Float

Insert the brine line through the brine well to connect it to the safety float.

Connect Valve to Home Water Line

Connect the water softener's input and output ports to the home's water line.

Connect Meter to Power Source

Plug the Fleck meter into a power receptacle and allow the tank to fill.

Programming

Confirm All Product Components

Add salt and water to the brine tank as the initial programming step.

Set Day Override

Press and hold 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to set the Day Override feature.

Set Regeneration Days

Configure the number of days between regeneration cycles.

Set Regeneration Time

Specify the time of day for the regeneration cycle.

Set Hardness

Input the water hardness level determined by a test strip.

Set Reserve Capacity

Configure the reserve capacity based on household water usage.
