Cooking Guide
Meat
Pork - Set the oven to 200°C, place on the low rack for around 30 40
minutes. At 20 minutes, turn the pork over and cook for a further 20 minutes.
Lamb/Beef - Set the oven to between 180°C - 200°C and cook for around 30
minutes. Turn the meat approximately half way through the cooking cycle.
Hint: Increase the cooking time and reduce the temperature by approximately
10% when cooking marinated meats.
