5 SIMPLE STEPS
INSTALL YOUR DEVICE IN
Create an account and then download the Accentronix Smart
Home app onto your phone. (REMEMBER to add your admin
account log-in details in the ‘admin account’ section on the App
to be able to access all the setup features)
Connect the antenna and 12 or 24VDC (max 32V DC) to the
device and wait for the green LED on the device to start flashing
slowly.
Go to ‘Register Device’ and enter the cellphone number, give the
device a name and click on ‘Register’.
Select ‘Access Control’ and add your name and mobile number in
the access control list, then click on ‘Update Device’.
Control the device with the buttons that will automatically appear
in the app. You can also control the device by giving it a missed-
call.
Notes:
• Installer-mode is activated while the device is not registered,
which means that anyone can call the device to open the
gate for commissioning purposes.
• A welcome SMS containing instructions is sent to each new
user whenever they are added to the system.
NICE REMOTES
HOW TO LEARN A REMOTE
1. The Cellswitch Has a built-in NICE receiver.Go to the ‘Remotes’ tab
next to a user.
2. Click on ‘Quick learn remote’ and press any button on the remote 3
times.
3. Press ‘Update device’ after adding remotes and users.
• You do not have to be on-site to learn a remote. Simply change the
‘gateway’ option to the device you are the closest to. This allows you
to add remotes to a site while you are on a dierent site.
KEYPADS
HOW TO LEARN A WIRELESS KEYPAD
• The Keypad is learned the same way as a remote. Press the ‘0’ button
on the keypad 5 times after pressing ‘Quick learn’ in the keypad
section.
• Max range is 15 meters between the keypad and Nice receiver.
HOW TO CONNECT A WIRED KEYPAD
• Up to 3 wired keypads can be connected directly to the device.
• Wired keypads do not require batteries and have
illuminated buttons.
• Cable length can be up to 50 meters long.
Note: Remember to enable the ‘Visitor Keypad Access
Code’ option.
If enabled, residents can press * or # followed by their
unique access code.
External keypads are used for access control and visitor OTP features. A
resident can use our app to invite guests. The guests will receive a sms
or whatsapp with a pin code that they can use at the gate.
HOW TO INVITE A GUEST USING THE APP
1. Firstly install the app from your app store.
2. Devices that is linked to the residents mobile number will
automatically appear in their app.
3. Click on the invite guest button to add visitors.
4. Visitors can be restricted to one entry and one exit or access for the
whole day.
5. The visitor will receive a sms or whatsapp containing their OTP as
well as instructions and a google maps link to the property.
6. As soon as the visitor uses the OTP the resident will immediately
receive a notification.

The Accentronix Cellswitch Infinity is a smart access control system designed for homes and businesses, offering advanced monitoring and control features, including LTE/4G and Bluetooth connectivity.

Function Description

The Cellswitch Infinity serves as a central hub for managing access control, home automation, and electric fence monitoring. It allows users to control gates, lights, geysers, irrigation systems, and swimming pool pumps, monitor alarm systems, water tanks, and even aquarium water levels. The system integrates with Google Assistant and Google Home for voice control and provides comprehensive access control for up to 10,000 users via various methods including the Accentronix Smart Home app, Bluetooth, missed calls, NICE remotes, NICE wireless keypads, tags, Google Assistant, and SMS. It also supports visitor control with one-time-pins (OTPs) using wired or wireless keypads, and offers restricted time-based access for domestic, gardening, and security services. The device can be configured for daily peak-hour gate open/close timers with a calendar for inactive days, including public and school holidays.

Important Technical Specifications

• Connectivity: LTE/4G, Bluetooth, Integrated NICE receiver for wireless keypads and remotes.
• Power Supply: 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Idle current: 100mA. Max current: 2Amp. It is recommended to connect the device directly to the battery due to the higher current draw of LTE/4G devices (up to 2 Amps in short pulses), avoiding connection to gate AUX outputs to prevent power issues.
• Inputs/Outputs: 4 inputs and 2 outputs.
  • Output 1: Integrated relay (Max 2 Amp @ 50V DC).
  • Output 2: Open collector output (Max 1 Amp @ 32V DC), connectable directly to the gate trigger.
  • Inputs 1 to 4: Triggered high by applying 12 or 24VDC. Input trigger alert messages are customizable online.
• Dimensions: 76 x 66 x 28mm.
• Antenna: Must be vertically mounted, not inside a metal enclosure or close to any metal. Avoid placing the antenna and coiled-up antenna wire close to the device itself or other cabling to prevent interference.
• Signal Strength: Minimum recommended signal is 14, Max is 31.
• Keypad Range: Max range is 15 meters between the keypad and Nice receiver for wireless keypads. Wired keypads can be connected up to 50 meters long.
• User Capacity: Up to 10,000 users for access control.

Usage Features

• Smart Home App: The Accentronix Smart Home app allows users to control gates and garages with a push of a button. It automatically pairs and connects via Bluetooth when near the device. The app facilitates inviting visitors with OTPs and receiving unlimited alerts and notifications. Devices and buttons automatically appear for residents whose mobile number is linked to the system. Admin users have additional privileges to make changes and invite guests.
• Bluetooth Control: Control the device via Bluetooth when close by (up to 15 meters, direct line of sight). The app automatically connects via Bluetooth if mobile network is experiencing problems.
• NICE Remotes & Tags: Built-in NICE cloud-link receiver for easy management of remotes. Connect an Accentronix MIFARE Tag Reader for full control over tags. Monitor, manage, and block remotes, tags, and users. Restrict access for specific days and times. Bulk learn remotes and tags off-site. Complete log reports.
• Access Control Methods: Accentronix Smart Home app, Bluetooth, missed-call, NICE remotes, NICE wireless keypads, tags, Google Assistant, please-call-me, or SMS.
• Home Automation: Create custom buttons in the app to control lights, geysers, irrigation, swimming pool pumps, monitor alarms, water tanks, and aquarium water levels. Default buttons appear based on the selected application type. Buttons can be customized and set to control multiple outputs simultaneously (e.g., "All lights off"). Expand the system with an 8in/8out Expansion board.
• Alarm Panel Integration: Arm, disarm, and monitor alarm systems by connecting the device directly to the alarm panel. Online "How to" sections provide connection diagrams.
• Stand-Alone Alarm System: Enable "Alarm mode" in general setup to arm/disarm Inputs 1 to 3 for monitoring alarm and door sensors. Input 4 is used for a panic button. Connect a siren to Output 1 and a status LED to Output 2. Arm/disarm via app, remote, tag reader, or keypad.
• Electric Fence Monitoring: Seamlessly connects directly to the energizer's keypad data interface. Advanced integration with popular brands and models. Monitor and control the energizer with app buttons, voice (Google Assistant), missed-call, or SMS. Monitor fence health, alarms, and battery voltages (fence voltages on certain models only). Automatically switch the energizer to high/low voltage or turn it on/off during certain times and days.
• Visitor Access One-Time-Pin (OTP): External keypads are used for access control and visitor OTP features. Residents can use the app to invite guests, who receive an SMS or WhatsApp with a pin code, instructions, and a Google Maps link to the property. Residents receive a notification when the visitor uses the OTP.
• Multi-Device Linking: Two or more devices can be linked over the cloud to appear as one, allowing management of multiple devices connected to entrance, exit, and pedestrian gates.
• User Levels: A device can be linked to multiple accounts, with different user levels assigned by the owner.
• Output Timers: Use output timers to automatically open the gate during peak hours, keeping them closed during weekends and public/school holidays.
• Mag Lock Integration: Connect a Mag Lock directly to Output 1 (n/c) and (com) terminals of the integrated relay and set the integrated output delay timer to 10 seconds.
• Pedestrian Trigger: Connect Output 2 directly to the pedestrian trigger. Output 2 is an 'open collector' output, providing 0V when switched on. For heavier loads, connect an external 12/24V DC relay.
• SMS Commands: Default SMS commands include On, Off, Pulse, On2, Off2, Pulse2, Status. These commands only work if your mobile number is loaded onto the access control list.
• Google Home & Google Assistant Integration: Control the device using voice commands like "Hey Google, Is the garage closed?", "Turn the electric fence on", or "Turn the sprinklers off". Download Google Home from the app store and link 'Accentronix Smart Home' to your account. This feature is available to anyone with their mobile numbers added to the access control list.

Maintenance Features

• Subscription: One year premium subscription is included with the device, covering the included Vodacom or MTN SIM cards (RICA registered and activated with data), Accentronix Smart Home app, NICE Remotes management, Tag management, Google Home, all data, 30 free backup SMSs per month, and unlimited updates. Welcome SMSs are automatically sent to each new user. After one year, an invoice for renewal is issued. Security upgrades and premium support are included.
• Troubleshooting: The device contains sensitive electronics and is susceptible to interference from electric motors, electric fences, high voltage cabling, and other devices. Install the device away from such sources and double up on 12/24Vdc power cables. The GREEN LED indicates registration status: fast flashing when registering on the GSM network, slow flashing when successfully logged onto the cloud (up to a minute). If the GREEN LED stays solid or flashes fast for more than 5 minutes, the SIM cannot connect to the internet; move the antenna to a higher position and check signal strength. The RED LED shows the on/off status of Output 2 and various error codes. A flashing RED LED indicates communication with the keypad data connection when connected to an energizer.
• Backup Alerts: If the app is not installed or the phone loses internet connection, users receive alerts by SMS (max 30 SMSs per month).
