Bank/Program Change via
SysEx
A bank or program change can be
initiated via a SysEx command.
These commands are independent
of MIDI channels as well as all
other SysEx parameter changes.
SysEx program changes are always
carried out irrespective of whether
or not the normal program change
is disabled.

cuted only when a program change
