Enter the main menu with a long press of the ?enu (3) button.

Press the UP (2)/DOWN (5) buttons to switch between the menu options.
3.
Enter a menu option with a brief press of the ?enu (3) button.
4.
Exit the menu with a long press of the ?enu (3) button.
5.
Automatic exit takes place in 10 sec of inactivity (buttons are not pressed).
