Instructions
Power Loss Indicator
In the event of a power loss, the display will go dark, yet will hold in memory
the Number of Days, Date and Time. When power is restored, there will
be an LED indicator on the upper left and the complete display will be red.
The display will resume normal operations – though, time shifted back by
the amount of time power was off. To verify (and reset) the time of day,
remove power loss indicator, and return the display back to green, follow
procedures in Set the “Actual Time” of Day.
*Counter Indicator On Hold
To freeze or pause the number of count days, press the remote “Hold” red
button. There will be an LED indicator on the lower right, and the count
will hold or freeze. To resume function, press remote “Hold” button. LED
indicator will turn off.
Verify Count-Up Function

display has the ability to count-up OR count-down.
• Press remote “Up/Down” button once to verify the correct mode. In
display segment 1, the horizontal bar is to be at the top for “Count-Up”
mode, or at the bottom for “Count-Down” mode.
• To change the Up/Down mode, press remote “Up/Down” button.
• After verifying, press remote green Enter button.
Set the Number of Count Days
• Press remote “Count Days” button. First segment number
will ash.
• Press remote’s numbered buttons to enter desired number
of days. As each number is entered, the next segment will ash.
• After entering numbers, press the green Enter button.
Example: 357 days – Press “Count Days” button. Enter numbers 0-3-5-7 for
number of count days. Press the green Enter button.
Note: the leading zero(s) will not appear during operation.

Connect Remote Control
to the Digital Display
Your remote control has the capability to connect to ve different digital displays.
• Press and hold the remote “Connect” button (also labeled “1-5”) for
approximately 3 seconds
• The display(s)** will ash the frequency number across all digits
• Press the same number on the remote control of the display you
want to connect
• The display will ash that number in segment 4, four times and resume
normal operation (other displays* will also return to normal operation)
Your remote control is now connected to the (selected) digital display.
**If there are multiple displays on the board
Example: Display is encoded to 3. Press and hold the
remote “Connect” button (until the display ashes)
Press number 3 on the remote control
single digit will ash four times to signify display
