THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION BETWEEN THE ACE
KETOSCAN MINI AND THE SMARTPHONE IS NOT
WORKING. WHAT CAN I DO?
1. Check if the ACE KETOSCAN mini is turned on, and
then check your Smartphone, if the ACE KETOSCAN
mini is displayed in the settings under „Bluetooth“.
If the ACE KETOSCAN mini is shown, select it from
the list.
2. If the ACE KETOSCAN mini does not appear in the
Bluetooth list, close the app on your Smartphone
and turn off the ACE KETOSCAN mini. Then turn it on
again and open the app on your smartphone again.
It may also help to uninstall and reinstall the app on
your Smartphone.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SYNCHRONISE THE KETOSCAN APP
WITH THE APPLE
®
HEALTH APP?
Yes, but the data from the Ketoscan App cannot be
transferred to the Apple
®
Health App. However, the
KETOSCAN App retrieves some data from the Apple
®
Health App. These retrieved data are „Weight“ and „Ca-
lories burned and consumed“ and they are displayed
in the KETOSCAN App in the results. If you want to syn-
chronise the data from the Apple
®
Health App with the
KETOSCAN App, select the menu item „Settings“ in the
KETOSCAN App and then „Synchronization“ (it is shown
in the second last position in the selection list). If you
have selected „Synchronization“, you can check „Apple
®
Health App“ and the synchronization is set.
