Overview

The ACE One is a clean energy cooking stove and power system designed to provide efficient cooking and off-grid electricity. It utilizes biomass gasification technology to burn various fuel types cleanly and efficiently, while also featuring a battery that can be charged via solar power or a wall charger to power external devices and the stove's fan.

Function Description:

The primary function of the ACE One is to provide a clean and efficient cooking solution using biomass fuel. It incorporates a battery-powered fan that enhances combustion by blowing air into the fuel chamber, stimulating the fire and leading to more complete burning of biomass and hot gases. This gasification process results in reduced smoke and increased heat output compared to traditional open fires.

Beyond cooking, the ACE One also serves as an off-grid power source. Its integrated battery can be charged using a solar panel or a wall charger (not included). Once charged, the battery powers the stove's fan and can also be used to charge external devices like mobile phones via its two USB ports. An LED lamp is included with the system, which can be powered by the ACE One, providing illumination.

Important Technical Specifications (derived from visual information):

  • Power Output: The device provides heat for cooking and electrical power via USB ports.
  • Charging Inputs: DC charging port for solar panel or wall charger.
  • Output Ports: Two USB ports for charging external devices.
  • Battery Indicator: Smart battery indicator with multiple LED colors (Green, Orange, Red) to show charge status and charging speed.
  • Fan Control: A fan control knob allows adjustment of airflow.
  • Handles: Two integrated handles for portability.
  • Included Accessories: Solar panel, LED lamp, 1-year warranty.

Usage Features:

  • Charging:
    • Solar Charging: Connect the solar panel to the DC charging port and place the panel facing the sun for optimal charging.
    • Wall Charging: Connect a wall charger (not included) to the DC charging port.
    • Battery Status: The smart battery indicator shows the charge level:
      • Green light: Fully charged.
      • Orange light: Low battery, needs charging.
      • Red light: Charge immediately.
      • Slow flashing: Charging slowly.
      • Fast flashing: Charging quickly.
  • ACE Connect App (Optional): For ACE Connect customers, the LED light provides additional information:
    • Pink light: Payment issue (requires payment or sync with the app).
    • Blue light: Data transfer in progress (keep phone plugged in).
  • Fuel Types:
    • Ignition Fuel (Use natural and dry fuel only): Leaves, paper, palm oil nuts. Do NOT use plastic bags.
    • Cooking Fuel: Wood, biomass fuel pellets, sticks, corn cobs, coconut shells, dried cow dung. Do NOT use liquid fuel.
  • Fuel Preparation:
    • Cut wood into thin pieces.
    • Place fuel in the stove below the upper airholes.
    • For wood pellets: Fill a jar with pellets and soak them in paraffin. Add dry pellets to the stove, ensuring the maximum level is just below the top airholes. Add a thin layer of paraffin-soaked pellets on top of the dry pellets.
  • Setting Up:
    • Ensure the battery is fully charged.
    • Place the stove on a stable and clean surface.
    • Ensure the solar panel is facing the sun if charging.
  • Cooking Steps:
    • Collect enough fuel and chop it to the right size.
    • Prepare food before lighting the fire.
    • Place kindling below the upper airholes.
    • Light the kindling in a well-ventilated space.
    • Once the fire begins to spread, gently turn the fan on low by rotating the knob clockwise.
    • Gradually add small pieces of wood. Wait for them to catch light, then increase the fan speed.
    • Once the fire is strong, begin cooking. Use a lid if possible to retain heat.
    • When refilling fuel, be cautious of hot surfaces.
    • After cooking, turn the fan off by rotating the knob anti-clockwise.
    • Wait approximately 30 minutes for the ashes to fully cool down before emptying the stove.
  • Safety Precautions (Don'ts):
    • Do not place fuel above the airholes.
    • Do not spill food into the stove.
    • Do not cook on the ACE One without using the stove top.
    • Do not carry the stove whilst lit.
    • Do not pour flammable liquid or water into the ACE One.
    • Do not use the ACE One in a closed room.
    • Do not leave the ACE One in rain or water.
    • Do not put heavy weight on the ACE One.
  • General Disclaimers:
    • Caution: Open fire, hot surfaces, risk of severe burns.
    • Only use in a well-ventilated space.
    • Do not use in a closed environment.
    • Risk of smoke inhalation.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning:
    • Regularly clean the solar panel.
    • Regularly clean the ACE One stove.
    • After cooking, wait for ashes to cool down (approx. 30 minutes) and then empty the stove. Ashes can be saved and spread around a garden.
  • Storage:
    • Place the ACE One indoors when it is raining to protect it from water.
  • Installation (Solar Panel):
    • Ideally, install the solar panel on the roof for optimal sun exposure.
