      Mr. David DownsAug 16, 2025
To resolve a power on issue with your Acer Laptop, first, ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the laptop and the electrical outlet. If that doesn't work, remove any extension cables or surge protectors between the laptop and the outlet, and plug the laptop directly into a known good electrical outlet. As well, disconnect the power and open the casing to check the Thermal Unit and fan airways are free of obstructions. Also, try removing any external and non-essential hardware.
