9C\ Allacciamento elettrico - Avviamento -
Si consiglia di far effettuare l’installazione elettrica a personale competente .
L’allacciamento deve essere effettuato alla scatola di derivazione che si trova in FIG.9, Pos.E .
Assicurarsi che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella della macchina; impiegare cavi di sezione adeguata alla potenza del motore,
per tensione 400V la sezione minima raccomandata è di 2,5 mm ,compreso il filo di terra. Per tensioni 230V o comunque potenze
che richiedono intensità di corrente maggiore di 15A deve essere aumentata la sezione dei cavi di allacciamento. Collegare i fili di
fase ai morsetti R-S-T-(L1-L2-L3) e il cavo di messa a terra al morsetto con simbolo
Controllare al primo avviamento il senso di rotazione, se contrario invertire tra di loro due fili di fase (per le macchine ad
alimentazione trifase). Le macchine ad alimentazione monofase hanno il senso di rotazione predeterminato alla produzione.
Controllare ad ultimazione dei lavori di collegamento la corretta richiusura della scatola di derivazione e il serraggio dei
corrispondenti pressacavi.
Per avviare la macchina: per i modelli STAR400-STAR500-STAR600-STAR700- e BS540-BS640 posizione l’interruttore generale
sul retro della macchina (FIG.9 Pos.E) sulla posizione 1, la spia bianca posta sul pannello frontale segnala che è presente corrente;
azionare tramite pulsante di marcia (FIG.10 Pos.M) l’interruttore di avviamento. Per spegnere premere il pulsante di arresto (FIG.10
Pos.A) . Per i modelli STAR800 e BS740 - BS840 - BS940: posizione l’interruttore generale sul retro della macchina (FIG.9 Pos.E)
sulla posizione 1, la spia bianca che è posta sul pannello frontale segnala che è presente corrente; azionare tramite pulsante (FIG.11
Pos.M) l’interruttore magnetotermico indi ruotare sulla posizione la manopola dell’avviatore stella triangolo, quando la macchina
arriva al regime di rotazione normale ruotare la manopola sulla posizione (FIG.11 Pos.T) il tempo mediamente occorrente è di 4 -
8 secondi . Per spegnere riportare su “O” la manopola dell’avviatore. In caso di arresto dovuto a mancanza di corrente o a intervento
sul pulsante di emergenza, bisogna riportare sullo “O” la manopola dell’avviatore e ripetere la manovra di avviamento a partire dal
magnetotermico. Importante: la macchina non parte con le porte aperte, inoltre l’apertura delle porte comporta l’arresto automatico
della macchina.
GB 9C\ Electrical connection - Start-up
It is advisable that the electrical installation be carried out by competent , qualified personnel.
The mains connection should be made using the terminal box as shown in FIG. 9 , pos. E .
Ensure that the mains supply corresponds with that of the machine , use cables of a section suitable for the power of the motor . For a
supply tension of 400 V the minimum section recommended is 2,5 mm , including the earth wire.
For a mains supply of 230 V or a power rating greater than 15 A it will be necessary to increase the section of the connecting
cables .
Connect the phase wires to the terminals R- S - T ( L1 - L2 - L3 ) and the earth wire to the earth terminal.
On initial start-up check the direction of rotation , if it is incorrect then invert the two phase wires ( for machines with 3 phase
supply). Direction of rotation of machines with single-phase supply is pre-determined during production .
On completion of the installation check that the terminal box is closed correctly and that the plug points are locked.
Starting the machine :
For the models Star 400-500-600-700 and BS 540-640 : turn the mains switch located at the rear of the machines
FIG. 9 , pos. E , to position “ I “ , the white indicator light on the front panel shows that there is electrical power :
press the starter switch to start-up the machine ( FIG. 10 ,pos. M ).
To stop the machine press the stop button (FIG. 10 ,pos. A )
For the models STAR 800 and BS 740-840-940 :
Turn the mains switch located at the rear of the machine on position “I” , the white indicator light on the front panel shows that there
is electrical power , press the button ( FIG. 11, pos M ) on the magneto-thermal switch and turn to position the star-delta switch
until the machine reaches normal running speed ,then turn to position (FIG 11, pos T) ;average time to reach normal speed : 4 - 8
seconds . To switch off , turn the starter control back to “ O “.
In case of emergency shut-off or power failure , it is necessary to turn the starter control back to “ O” and repeat the start-up
procedure by pressing the magneto-thermal switch button.
IMPORTANT : machines will not start with the doors open and will automatically stop if doors are opened during operation.
