Examine the site and stairs for obstructions and damage before rail installation.
Connect the two rail sections using a joint-bar and wire connectors.
Position the assembled rail on the staircase and secure it with stair brackets.
Place the carriage onto the rail and connect its components.
Adjust the seat to the correct angle by loosening bolts and using a spirit level.
Adjust the footrest angle using the spirit level and retighten the center bolt.
