Air Vent
Located on
the top
of the
Milk
Valve
Assembly.
the air vent allows
air to combine
and
mix with the
milk and
steam.
Over time,
the air
vent
may
clog
with milk solids and
require
replacing.
All
machines are
shipped
with additional
vents.
A
clogged
air
vent will
result
in
cold
and/or
flat, foamless milk.
Air Vent Cover
Acorto Requires
the
Air Vent
Cover
remain
in
place
during machine operation.
The
cover shields the
machine
interior
fiom
steam
rushing
out
the vent tube during
Auto-
Rinse cycles.
Additionally.
the
cover
acts
as a
protective
shield fbr lhe shurp
Air
Vent.
which
is a
potential hazard
should
a customer
place
their
hand near lhe Milk
Valve Assembly.
NEVER
LEAVE THE
AIR
VENT
COVER OFF.
Never operate the rnachine
without the Air
Vent Cover
in
place.
The cover acts a
protective
shield and
holds the sharp
Air Vent
in
place.
The sfiarp Air Vent
would
create an extreme
hazard if
it
landed
in a customers
drink!

the
milk valve
plunger
must
be lubed
with Superlube6,
grade
lubricant.
Lubricating

plunger
ensures
smooth operationr
