WARNING
The SM-3 Automatic Crew-Overboard Light is tested and ap-
proved using 2 Energizer L91 Lithium AA (Lithium/Iron Disulde
[Li/FeS
2
] - 1.5 volts nominal voltage) batteries. While the light will
function with AA Alkaline batteries, it WILL NOT meet the regula-
tory standards to which it has been approved when AA Alkaline
batteries are installed. Only Energizer L91 Lithium AA batteries or
AA Lithium batteries with the same chemistry/voltage combination
should be used.
