After switching on
Choice of the content of the copy (on internal or external printer)
In the Printer window move the cursor to Printer Contents to choose one of the
options:
Trac e copy of the trace only together with the header
(not available with OTS module).
Ta ble copy of the table only together with the header
Trace + Table copy of the trace and the table together with the
header (not available with OTS module).
Screen copy of the screen.
Report on page 3-22 to see examples of printing for each options.
I/O Interfaces
Remote access line :
IEEE : (for the MTS 5200

mainframe only, if it is equipped with the IEEE
optional interface)
Press the IEEE key to select the IEEE address
RS 232 Press the RS 232 key to select the parameters:
Baud rate: 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 or
115200
Protocol: None, Xon/Xoff, Rts/Cts
Parity: None, Even, Odd
Data bits: 7 or 8 bits
Stop bits: 1 or 2 bits
Terminator: CR, LF or CR/LF

TCP/ETH (if the option is available) Press the <I/O conf> key and select the
configuration parameters (IP address, IP mask and IP gateway).

TCP/PPP this function settle the communication between the hard disk of
the OTDR and the PC via a modem. The WS-FTP PRO software
(ref 5996/MTS) is used to download the data from the MTS
e
to the
PC. See the user manual of this software. The <Init Modem> key
allows to initialize the modem connected to the MTS
e

On the Centronics line, choose the peripheral connected to the Centronics
connector: printer or keyboard.
