Step 2
Insert the long Axel 8 into the
lowest set of holes of Bottom Pole
4. Now insert the short Axel 9 into
the next set of holes above.
Slide wheels 11 onto each side of
Axel 8.

Attach Support Arms 7 to the Base 3
using Bolt G and Washer D through the
top and secure with Nut A underneath.
