  If your Adcraft Meat Grinder isn't discharging minced meat smoothly, or the meat appears pasty, several factors could be the cause. First, check if the screw cap is tightened too much, preventing the cutting blade from properly contacting the cutting plate; if so, readjust it. Another possibility is that the cutting plate is blocked and needs cleaning. Finally, the cutting blade may be dull and require grinding or replacement.
