If the minced meat is not discharged smoothly or appears to be in the form of paste, see the following:
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Screw cap is tightened too much thus cutting blade does
not contact properly with the cutting plate Readjust it
The cutting plate is blocked Clean it
Cutting blade is dull Grind or replace it
