Set up of the scale
The scale consists out of 3 parts – weighing base, baby weighing tray and toddler weighing plate.
The baby weighing tray or the toddler weighing plate is fixed and released via the turning knob
underneath the baby weighing base. Please make sure, that the tray or plate is completely and
securely fixed before use.
Power supply
The scale is powered by 2 x AA alkaline batteries. Turn the scale around and open the battery
compartment. Insert the enclosed AA alkaline batteries. Please observe the correct polarity as
shown inside the battery compartment.
Replace the batteries when „Lo“ is being displayed. It indicates low battery power or use the mains
connection.
Operation
Weighing
3. Start the scale by pressing the ON/OFF button. After a function test the last measured weight will
be displayed for 3 seconds followed by 0.00 and ◄. The scale is ready for use and is set
automatically to zero.
4. The baby can now be placed on the scale and the weight will be shown on the display in 10 g
steps.
Auto hold function
Place the baby on the scale. The display will flush until the actual weight has been taken and HOLD
will be shown on the display.
To cancel the hold function press the HOLD button on the key board.
The scale will switch of after approx. 60 seconds, when not in use.
Tare function
The tare function can be used to disregard an additional weight e.g. a nappy or towel on the weighing
