ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR

Stellar LED Combo Torchiere

Model# 5128-22

1. Screw tube (B),(C),(D),(E), and (F)

clockwise onto lamp base (G) and turn to

tighten.

2. Pull the excess cord and insert into tube

(B), then screw shade holder (A) and tube (B)

together.

3. Unscrew pre-assembled metal plate (I)

and screws (J) from shade holder (A).

4. Place the shade (H), metal plate (I) and

screws (J) onto shade holder (A), turn screws

(J) clockwise with wrench (K) to tighten

and secure the shade (A).

* Rotary Dimmer Switch: on -100% -> off ->

on -60% -> off -> on-30% -> off *

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to

than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet

only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the

outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a

Screw Tubes Together

Screw tubes (B),(C),(D),(E), and (F) clockwise onto lamp base (G) to tighten.

Attach Shade Holder and Tube

Pull excess cord into tube (B), then screw shade holder (A) and tube (B) together.

Prepare Shade Holder

Unscrew pre-assembled metal plate (I) and screws (J) from shade holder (A).

Mount Shade

Place shade (H), metal plate (I), and screws (J) onto shade holder (A), tighten with wrench (K).
