Never move or reposition the fryer until the hot oil cools down completely.

5.2.2 Electrical installation
The rated voltage and frequency is 380V/50HZ for this appliance. The
appliance should be well earthed.
The specification of air switch which connects to the appliances power
cord should be above 40A.
The L-line, N-line, and phase lines of the appliance should be connected
to the network correctly according to the relative electrical regulations.
5.3 Programming and Operating Instruction
5.3.1 Programming Instruction (For single tank fryer)
Before programming, please read the following procedures:
5.3.1.1 Press one of the
keys
to start the computerized control
panel.
5.3.1.2 To access into mode of programming, press key
. Then the
left display will show COdE. If you press this key without the
purpose to programme it, you can press key
again to
cancel.
5.3.1.3 Insert the password 1650 to access to the programme mode.
5.3.1.4 The left display shows SP-r “(oil tank temperature), the right
display shows old temperature setting. If you want to set a new
temperature, eg, 170°C, press keys 1, 7, 0, and then press key
to save the setting. If you don’t want to change the old
temperature setting, press key
