How to troubleshoot Adirondack Spas KEENE not operating?
    • S
      Shelly AllenAug 18, 2025
If your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub is not operating, the possible causes include a power failure (check the power source), a tripped GFCI breaker (try resetting it; if it continues to trip, contact your dealer). It could also be due to a Main Fuse Class G or Transformer Fuse issue, in which case you should contact your dealer.

Why doesn't the water clear up in my Adirondack Spas KEENE Hot Tub?
    • L
      Luis BakerAug 20, 2025
If the water in your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub isn't clearing up, it could be due to several reasons. Bad water chemistry can be a culprit, so ensure you balance the water. Dirty filter cartridges can also cause this issue, so clean or replace them. Check if the ozone generator is operating by looking for a purple ultraviolet light. Lastly, low bromine/chlorine residual levels may be the cause; adjust these levels, shock the water if necessary, and consider replacing the water if needed.

How to fix Adirondack Spas KEENE Hot Tub not heating?
    • A
      Andrea SilvaAug 23, 2025
If your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub is not heating, it could be due to dirty filters (clean them), a temperature setting that is too low (increase it), or air trapped in the circulation line (force water through the filter cartridge opening with a garden hose or loosen the bottom heater union to release trapped air). If none of these work, Sensor A or B might not be working, and you should contact your dealer.

What to do if Adirondack Spas KEENE Hot Tub jets have poor water flow?
    • H
      hamiltongregoryAug 26, 2025
If you're experiencing poor or no water flow through the jets in your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub, it might be due to dirty filters (clean them). Another possible reason is an inadequate water level; fill the spa to 2" above the filters. An air lock could also be the cause; prime the pump(s) by loosening unions on the pump(s) until air can be heard escaping, then tighten the unions.

    Steven WelchAug 28, 2025
Why do the pumps turn off unexpectedly on my Adirondack Spas KEENE?
    • S
      Sean StewartAug 28, 2025
If the pump(s) on your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub turn off unexpectedly, it could be due to the automatic 15-minute shut-off feature (press the jets button again to start another 15-minute cycle). Alternatively, the pump(s) may have overheated, triggering a built-in protective shut-off; let the pump sit for about 10-15 minutes to cool down, ensuring that vented areas on the access panel are free from blockage. A Pump #2 Fuse issue could also be the cause, in which case you should contact your dealer.

How do I fix the spa light on my Adirondack Spas Hot Tub?
    • D
      daniel91Aug 31, 2025
If the spa light is out on your Adirondack Spas Hot Tub, it could be due to a burned-out bulb (replace it with a new one). It's also possible that the light is simply not turned on (press the light key to the desired style and performance). If neither of these solutions works, there may be a fuse issue, and you should contact your dealer.
