Retaining uConnect

Ensure dedicated uConnect steering wheel buttons are pre-assigned when retaining uConnect functionality.

Using Your Factory Systems

uConnect

Retains uConnect system functionalities with your new Kenwood radio.

uConnect USB

Plays audio from the device connected to the vehicle factory USB port.

uConnect Phone

Allows using uConnect for phone calls when paired with the vehicle's Bluetooth system.

uConnect BT

Plays audio from the Bluetooth device currently paired for streaming.

Vehicle Entertainment System (VES)

Detects and operates the factory rear seat video system (if equipped).

Back Up Camera

Displays the factory backup camera image on the Kenwood radio when in reverse.

Using Maestro Features

Gauges

View selected gauges and configure them via the Settings button.

Parking Assist

Displays the visual parking assist screen if the vehicle is equipped with parking sensors.

Vehicle Info

Displays vehicle information like tire pressure, battery voltage, and open entry points.

Changing the Settings

OEM Voice Volume

Adjust OEM Voice Volume via screen arrows or steering wheel controls.

Vehicle Amplifier

Adjust factory amplifier settings like gain and retention.

Second Row Screen Source

Choose the source to play on the second row screen.

Third Row Screen Source

Choose the source to play on the third row screen.

Radio Screen Source

Choose the source to play on the main radio screen.

IR Remote

Enable or disable the IR remote functionality.

VES Power

Turn the Vehicle Entertainment System (VES) on or off.

Module Audio Gain

Change the gain of uConnect sources (USB, Phone, BT Streaming).

Radio Input For VES

Select the source for video signals from the Video Entertainment System (VES).
