Distance to flammable material (see also illustration below)
To the sides of the stove
To furniture
37.5 cm
100 cm
*The distance of 5 cm behind the stoves applies to the distance between the air intake and the wall behind.
This corresponds to a distance of approx. 7 cm from the back of the stove to the wall. To secure access to
inspection openings and enough air for the combustion, we however recommend a distance of at least 60
cm to the side. To ensure easy access during service and cleaning, we recommend keeping a distance of
min. 10 cm to the wall. You must be prepared to dismount the flue pipe and turn the stove during the yearly
inspection and by maintenance.
If the Aduro H5 is to be placed close to flammable material such as a wooden floor or carpet it must be
placed on a non-flammable base. The floor plate should extend for at least 30 cm in front of the Aduro H5
and 15 cm on each side measured from the combustion chamber opening.
Please ensure that all local rules and regulations are complied with, including CE marking of the exhaust
connector. Additionally, distance requirements to flammable material for the exhaust connector must be
respected.
The Aduro H5 must be installed on a floor with the adequate load-bearing
capacity. If the existing construction does not meet this requirement,
appropriate adaptation measures must be taken (e.g. a load-distributing plate).
