      Raymond GriffithAug 12, 2025
If your Advanced Affordable Hearing Aid has weak or no sound, first ensure the battery is correctly inserted or replace it with a new one. Clean your ears to remove excessive ear wax. Adjust the volume. Check for and remove any wax or debris clogging the microphone or tube by unscrewing the tube, cleaning it with the cleaning filament, cleaning the mic with the little black brush and cleaning the dome with an alcohol swab. Reshape or replace any kinked or bent tubes. Ensure the tube and dome are flush in the canal, and try a different sized dome if necessary.
