About Prox Keys
From what we have seen these Mazda Prox are re-usable from one car to another however, there are
several button congurations used depending on how the vehicle is equipped
I.E. Hatch, Trunk, etc. Always verify correct parts needed with a reputable supplier.
Immobilizer light / Indicator
When the vehicle is started theft light / indicator should be out.
Not blinking etc.
If the light is on or blinks when the car is turned on then the is a
problem with the key or with the immobilizer system.

OVERVIEW
> A maximum of six remote transmitters (PROX) can be programmed to one vehicle.
>Two or more remote transmitters (PROX) must be programmed for the engine to start.
>If the engine is started during programming, the programming mode cancels. Therefore,
do not start the engine unless indicated in the procedure.
>Repeat the procedure from the beginning if the engine is started or the procedure is
interuppted.
>If any metallic or magnetic object is near the remote transmitter, communication between
the remote transmitter and the vehicle may be obstructed, resulting in a failure to program.
Remove any metallic or magnetic objects, such as key holders, from the remote
transmitter when programming.
