If your Advanced PureAir Air Cleaner sparks, crackles, and pops, it could be due to a large particle being captured in the collector cell. Try cleaning the collector cell. If the arcing continues after cleaning, the collector cell may be damaged, and you should contact an authorized service center. This issue may also occur if the appliance is used in over-damp rooms.
