J108 & J1116 determine if CH5 and/or CH8 will delay the transmission of the respective alarm
signals to the remote. If either delay is selected, it’s timing (delay) is adjustable as follows:
CH5 -- 15-30 sec.
CH6 -- 1.5-3 min.
