Troubleshooting
Your washing machine was checked many times during manufacture.
However, it is always possible that problems can arise. If so, please refer to
the following table before calling the After Sales Service.
User instructions
There is no water in the washing machine
The washing machine will not fill
The washing is not properly clean
The wash cycle is too long
The machine stops during the wash cycle
The machine fills up and then drains straight
away.
Check that:
- the water supply tap is fully open,
- the filter is not blocked
Check that:
- the water supply tap is open and the pressure
is sufficiently high,
- the washing machine cover is properly closed
- there is no power supply failure
Check that:
- the detergent is suitable for machine washing,
- you have not tried to do too much washing in
one load,
- the washing program is appropriate
Check that:
- the water pressure is high enough,
- the water inlet filter is not blocked,
- there is no power supply failure
Check that:
- the water pressure is high enough,
- the water inlet filter is not blocked,
- fuses are in good condition and have not
tripped
- the RINSE HOLD puhbutton is not pressed in
Check that:
- the drain pipe is not attached too low.
