Frost may build up on the surface of
cabinet frame or inner liner after a period
of using time.
It is recommended to scrape away the
frost with the plastic ice scraper (included
in accessories bag) each month or when
the frost layer reaches a thickness of
about 10 mm.
9.3 Defrosting the freezer
CAUTION!
Do not use a mechanical or
electrical device to speed up
the thawing process. Do not
use any artificial means.
Defrost the freezer when the frost layer
reaches a thickness of about 10 mm.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Remove any stored food, wrap it in
several layers of newspaper and put
it in a cool place.
3. Remove the drain plug from the
inside of the appliance.
4. Leave the lid open.
5. Place a tray beneath the outer drain
plug.
6. Pull out the outer drain plug.
7. Rotate the drain plug 180 degrees to
let the drain water flow into the tray.
