Then appears the value „0“, and the arrow
flashes (fig. A). Push again the button
START to start the measurement procedu-
re. Air pressure is automatically increased
to 190 mmHg. In case of a tendency to
high blood pressure, the air pressure is
automatically increased to the required level
(up to 300 mmHg). Do not move or talk
during the measuring cycle.
d. After the air pressure has been increased it
is slowly let out. When recognizing the pulse
beat the symbol ♥ begins to flash in the dis-
play (fig. B).
e. After the measuring cycle has been comple-
ted, the values of the systolic, diastolic pres-
sures and the pulse rate are shown on the
display (fig. C). The data are stored automa-
tically, M flashes for approx. 10 seconds,
and then the memory location 01 in the dis-
play begins to blink. For approx. 2 seconds
the SA will be displayed, the storage now is
completed. The indication on the display
changes again to the reading, as indicated in fig. C. After approx. three
minutes, or after pushing the button START for approx. 2 seconds, the
display changes to the reading of date-time.
f. In case you want to repeat the measurement, press again the button
START.
