  If your AEG Washer/Dryer isn't draining water, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the door is completely closed. Other possible causes include an unstable mains supply (wait for it to stabilize), a clogged sink spigot, kinks or incorrect connections in the drain hose, or a clogged drain filter (clean if necessary). Also, the anti-flood device might be activated, in this case disconnect the appliance, close the water tap and contact an Authorised Service Centre. Make sure you have set the drain programme if you set a programme without drain phase or an option which ends with water in the tub. Finally, if the programme wasn't finished properly, try switching the appliance off and on again. If the alarm code appears again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
