Model and serial number of the appliance
Clear and concise details of the fault
A service call must be logged on any fault you find on your unit.
This can be done by sending an email through to (ZA_Insure)
ZA_Insure@electrolux.com and providing the following information
Proof of purchase
Photo of unit serial plate
Fault on unit
Full address and Contact information
Additional contact person

If spares are required for out of warranty work the following email address

Please note on Gas units a Gas COC is required on any case request for warranty
or out of warranty work.
