If your Aerial Dryer isn't dehumidifying well, start by checking the air filter. A dirty filter can greatly reduce performance. Clean the filter or replace it with a new, original Aerial air filter. Also, ensure the dryer is switched on. If it still doesn't work, have a professional check the power cable, plug, socket, and fuses. The air exchange rate, the number of persons in the room, the quantity of wet clothes and any open water surfaces are decisive for the humidity load of the room. In some situations, the dryer may simply need more time to reach the desired humidity level.
